I know I know….you’re saying aloud to yourself right now that I’m crazy!
It’s true! I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to spend $$ of dollars every month on an expensive gym membership or even an in-home gym to lose weight and get fit. All it takes is a little creativity and determination.
I bought a pair of 10 pound weights (for less than $20) and work out at my own convenience in the privacy of my own home. You can follow a video or put together your own workout (eh, hem…I know of a great Workout Library you can use). Even when you don’t have access to your dumbbells you can burn lots of calories and do resistance training, too.

Do you watch The Biggest Loser? While I’m not a faithful follower of the show, I did happen to catch tonight’s episode. Bob’s “Black Team” didn’t have access to the gym for an entire week, but was still in competition with Dolvett’s “Red Team” on who could lose the most weight for the week.
Well….guess whose team won?! Bob’s team won without the luxury of the using the gym all week!! And he worked those contestants butts off!
So there you go!
No more using the excuse that you’re not a member of a gym.
You don’t have to be!
No more using the excuse that you don’t have time.
You make time for what’s important to you!
No more using the excuse that you don’t have the right equipment.
There’s no need for fancy equipment…all you need is you!
