What is it?
My teaching is based on the glycemic index and controlling your blood sugar. Peaks followed by extreme valleys of our blood sugar is what sets us up for disease in our body…including , digestion issue, heart disease, stress, inflammation, and diabetes….much less feeling like poo with no energy all the time!
