On the Opposite Side of the Camera

It’s been several years since I’ve been on the opposite side of the camera, but I was desperately needing a new bio picture for my wedding website. So this weekend I dolled up abit and sweet hubby snapped a few pictures of me. A 365 Project: Should I or Shouldn’t I?

I have friends that do it. I have family that does it. But they make it look so easy. They’ve been doing it for a couple of years now and both say they couldn’t imagine not doing it. I tried it in 2010 and became too frustrated with it and gave up before the year ended.

Twas’ the Week Before Christmas

Our week before Christmas has been jam packed with decorating, shopping, parties and school and church programs…..and I’ve loved every minute of it! I have heard several people comment though over the last few days that they can’t wait for Christmas to be over. While I have been just as busy as the next person, I can honestly say that is not the case with me. I love Christmas and the holiday season. I think when people start feeling that way, then other things and situations have began to take priority in their lives and they forget the real focus of Christmas.
