Gluten Free Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Serves: 4 waffles or 12 muffins
A 'cleaner' version and much healthier Banana Nut Bread Waffle.
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ banana
  • dash of salt
  • 1 packet of stevia
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla or maple flavoring
  • a palmful of walnuts
  1. Mix the dry ingredients first, followed by the banana, egg and milk and flavoring.
  2. Fold in the nuts and pour onto a hot, Pam-coated waffle iron or muffin tin.
  3. Cooking time will vary.
