​My workout formulas are based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) training model. With this model, each phase builds from the previous, allowing you to build a solid foundation of proper exercise form, reduce your risk of injury and reach your optimal fitness goals.

This 4 week training plan is perfect for the beginner who needs a clear direction of how to start and exactly what to do.  You'll receive three workouts each week that can be done in about 30-40 minutes with no equipment required.  The goal of this plan is to increase your endurance, burn fat and build a solid foundation of fitness.

This 6 week program is a great workout on its on or as an extension of my Fit & Fat Loss plan. This plan is a more intermediate - workout plan that introduces you to weight training, increases muscle strength and hypertrophy, while continuing to blast fat.
