Tortillas have become a common staple at my house.
They are so handy and you can make just about anything with them.
My pantry is rather bare right now, so I’m having to piece together something for lunch and this is what I put together.
Frozen grilled chicken breasts…fully cooked…simply microwave for a minute or two and it’s ready. (Another staple in my pantry).
Slice and add to the tortilla. Top with corn and black beans and wrap.
Top with salsa and there you have it! Low calorie, high in fiber and protein lunch.
Yes, that’s a stain on my placemat. 😉
