I didn’t have to concentrate on my breathing with every step.

No side stitches.

No walk breaks.

No scorching heat blazing down on us.

An average heart rate between 155-160.

But a nice, pleasant, slow and steady wins the race four mile run.

Mile 1:  11:53
Mile 2:  12:10
Mile 3:  12:40
Mile 4:  11:43

Dinner was Broiled Salmon Fillets with a brown sugar and honey mustard glaze, roasted red potatoes and a salad with squash, cherry tomatos and sliced almonds.

I’m not sure what the next run will bring, but today it was all good.
