If these 15 and 16 year old BFF’s have enough intestinal fortitude to begin an exercise/running program, then so can you.

I’m so proud of these girls, who on their own, decided to start the Couch to 5K running program.

And I’m even more proud that they take their stretching and warm up very seriously.
