Tonight’s smoothie was a blend of almond milk, peaches, a spoonful of PB, a spoonful of plain yogurt, protein powder and of course, spinach.  This one actually tasted very similar to the others, but I think I would have rather had it without the peanut butter.

  2. Hi – I’m enjoying your green smoothie series… I’m a smoothie newbie. 🙂 What’s the easiest/quickest/non-messiest method for making smoothies? I have a blender and a food processor, but I’m wondering if there are other gadgets out there that will work better. Thanks!
