I just want to.

I need to.

To exercise with a friend.

To spend time with my husband.

To clear my thoughts.

To organize my thoughts.

To de-stress.

It makes me feel better.

To enjoy the weather.

I feel stronger.

Of what I ate.

To help manage my weight.

I can.

Why do you run?

Here’s a really funny dialogue between a runner and an obvious non-runner about running.  It makes me laugh out loud every time I watch it!

Did you plank today?  I couldn’t quite hold it for 2 full minutes, so I held the first for 1:20 and did a second one at 45 sec….and my abs are feeling it!  Yours?

I’m getting addicted to this sweet @Dannon Greek Yogurt treat topped with strawberries and Kashi cereal.  You know how I am!  When I discover something I like, I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks in between….just whenever…..for months at a time!!  🙂

  1. Your yogurt dish looks so yummy! I don’t run often, but I run because it increases my endurance. And when I can make it outside… for the love of the scenery and re centering my soul. 😉
