I’m baaaaack!!!!
Finally, after two long, arduous months of a crazy-busy, jam-packed, super-amazing, non-stop studying schedule, I can proudly say I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer!
I thought when we last spoke that I would be able to maintain the aforementioned life and still keep my blogging up—not regular, but at least a little. Boy, was I wrong! These past few months have been nothing short of a whirl wind.
These last few months I started a new job, quit my old job, started teaching a young women’s Bible Study at church, started teaching a weight management class at my new job, given health awareness presentations, photographed a wedding with my sister {in law}, met lots of new people, made new friends, managed to slip in a few mini trips to the beach, and most recently, buried my grandmother.
Thank you all for your patience with me and your prayers to get me through. I feel so blessed and excited to see what the next few months will bring. And I can’t wait to share it with you!!
You can see more of what I do by following HealthActions Physical Therapy and Wellness on Facebook!
Next on the agenda: my own beginner Boot Camp class! Woop! Woop!
Congrats on passing your test!!!!
Thank you! 🙂
