While this workout can really be done anywhere, it’s much more fun to do it beachside, of course! Typically I’d rather use dumbbells in my workouts, but after finishing this bodyweight only workout, I was totally convinced that I got just as good of a workout without using my weights! Hola! The DOMS that also occurred over the next day or so afterwards was also a big indication that my body was worked out and worked over. And this literally only took me about 20 minutes to complete, so definitely no excuses on not exercising!
The only equipment you’ll need is you and a
beach chair, stool, bench, etc. I did 10 reps each for 5 rounds!
