There’s no real point to it.
I’m simply drinking my coffee and sharing ramblings of what I’ve been thinking and doing the last couple of weeks.
I meal prepped! I wish I were disciplined to do this more. It helps soooo much in being prepared for the week. I’m just as guilty as others; if I don’t have it readily available, I’ll reach for junk or just won’t eat. Lazy, I know. Here I have boiled eggs, taco meat, cooked onions, a whole chicken, sweet potatoes and a pork loin.I used some of the taco meat in an egg omelet that was so delish. Topped it with a little salsa and had a sweet potato on the side. This is why I need to meal prep more often!
I started a Beginner Bootcamp with a group of my TLS weight loss students. Although they may not consider it ‘beginner’, they rocked it out. 🙂 This group has actually grown to about eight! Love it!
Have you tried this flavor yogurt yet? Oh my. Die. I only bought one because I wasn’t sure how it would taste. Now I wish I would have bought somewhere around 100.
Pink always makes things better. Even grey hair and a no makeup day.
Sunday afternoons have become my favorite. Church, lunch, nap, coffee and Bible study for my ladies class on Sunday nights.
