I’m loving life right now and I especially love retreating away to our sweet home away from home for a nice, relaxing get a way.

Here’s a glimpse into my day.

Coffee (of course) and business coaching calls with my team of weight loss coaches.


Exercise.  Today I focused my strength training on chest and abs and finished with a fat burning sesh of burpees, sliders, mountain climbers and triceps dips.


Lunch = sushi and a book.  I’m currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.  Happy.


Grocery shopping.  If you follow  TeamSam Fitness on Instagram, you’ve probably already seen why this was a big deal for me. For someone who doesn’t have readily access to “real” grocery shopping, a selfie was definitely in order.


An afternoon run with the hubby.  The weather was perfect….not too hot, overcast and a great breeze.


Dinner was quick, easy and fabulous.  Fresh salmon steaks (ah hem, from Publix), roasted zucchini and sweet potatoes.


And I finished my day just as it started.  Coffee.


It was a good day.
