My last couple of weeks have been jam packed with workouts, traveling and coaching new weight loss challenge groups and it’s been awesome!  There are so many good things (and upcoming surprises) happening behind the scenes with TeamSam Fitness and I can’t wait until I can share more about it with you!

First on the list is this awesome-sauce quickie 20 minuteno equipment needed– total body tabata to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning.  This is perfect for when you’re short on time and still want to get in a good fat burning, metabolic workout.

This is a 4 minute tabata with 8 exercises at 20:10: 3 meaning 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest in between exercises and repeat three times.  Don’t forget to warm up and cool down try to catch your breath.

  • step ups (you could do jumps to up the intensity)
  • squats
  • front lunges

  • push ups

In traveling news, some friends/business partners and I took an overnight business trip to the Atlanta area.  While we were there we joined a 7 am Fit Body Bootcamp session.  Oh my, oh my it was a hurt-so-good, 30 minute, high intensity, fat blasting, metabolic workout!  Does that description pretty much sum it up!?  We used the TRX cables, ropes, furniture movers (for some serious ab work), dumbbells and stability ball and the bosu ball. Yes!  All in 30 minutes! 🙂
