If you’re participating in my New Year Transformation Challenge, I know that you’re already doing great with drinking lots of water everyday, right?  Riiiiight…. 😉

If you’re new to drinking water or even if you’re an ‘ole pro but find it hard to eh hem, swallow sometimes, try adding some of these fresh fruit options to spruce your taste buds up a bit!

A few of my fruit staples for adding to my water are strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and pineapples.  Mix and match those to create your own fruit flavored water and well….you could probably create at least a kazillion options.  🙂

Pan seared Salmon that was too pretty to eat off of a paper plate.
A beautiful spinach and strawberry salad to swoon over.  <3
