Hey Ladies!  Woo Hoo!! Can you hear how excited I am?!  This has been a project in the makings for a little while now and I’m super excited that it is coming to fruition and I can finally bring it to you!

In keeping with our February Heart Month theme, I’m excited to announce my first online boot camp just for you ladies!  This month we started with a cardio workout, followed by Tips to Improve Your Heart Health and last week’s post on Determining Your Target Heart Rate for your fitness level and goals.

So, this week it’s only fitting that I culminate the month with offering you an actual way to implement what you’ve learned and the tools you need to help you improve your heart health and your overall fitness level! Hola!

4 Week Beginner Boot Camp

Registration is now open for my current Beginner Boot Camp that will begin on February 29th!

I am looking for women over 40 who:

  • wants to lose weight and inches,
  • needs full accountability and support,
  • struggles with hormones and stress,
  • have never exercised before and has no idea what to do first,
  • or simply want to improve your overall health.

Any of this sound familiar!? When I say beginner, I literally mean beginner. If you’ve never exercised before, want to start but have to idea what to do. I want to walk you thru each step of your journey and watch your transformation into who I know you can be and what you can accomplish. ?

This beginner boot camp will focus on showing you how you can:

  • workout at home for about 30 minutes a day,
  • jumpstart your weight and fat loss,
  • boost your metabolism and
  • increase your energy.

How it works:

  • Participants will be expected to follow a 5-day per week workout plan (you will receive a new plan each week) that includes videos and/or written workouts. All workouts are around 30 minutes and can be done from home with little or no equipment.
  • Exercises will be appropriate for beginners with options for regressions and progressions to suit all fitness types.
  • Participants will be required to pay in advance and complete all healthcare forms, waiver forms, and liability forms before the bootcamp begins.
  • Participants will be required to have daily check-ins with me.
  • Participants will receive nutritional guidance with a suggested food list and menu options for the 4 week program.
  • Investment: $97
