WooHoo!! Hey Hey! Clark and I were recently in Atlanta and to much surprise, the hotel workout room wasn’t too bad…small but it did have some essentials. I did manage to get in a workout everyday while I was there as well as put together this Cardio AMRAP for you too.
An AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. So to complete this workout, set your timer for 20 minutes and do each exercise for 12 reps then quickly move on to the next exercise. Complete AMRAP within that 20 minutes. Now —> don’t ignore form! You must be able to complete each exercise correctly so don’t get in a big rush and cause yo-self an injury! 🙂
