Here’s a quick, but fat burning HIIT workout you can do anywhere with no equipment needed.
So what is a HIIT workout?
- HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training workouts are short duration or quick bursts of intense exercise and will quickly raise your heart rate. HIIT boosts your metabolism while burns tons of calories in a short period of time.
- But most importantly are the long lasting fat burning benefits of HIIT workouts vs traditional steady state cardio. Studies have shown that HIIT workouts continue to keep your body in fat burning mode long after you finish the workout. That’s good news right?
To do this workout, you’ll do each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds then continue to the next exercise. Complete this entire circuit for five times for a fat burning, heart racing, 20 minute HIIT workout.
