As we navigate our way through these unknown waters, I encourage you to take a step back and take a deep breath. Anxiety serves no purpose and only makes way for the devil himself to fill your head with more uncertainty. We are all in this together and we will get through it!

It also gives me great pride and joy to share with you a project I’ve been working on. Five years ago I had a vision for a book. That vision became so clear in my head of what I would want it would to be about, what I would include in it, as well as exactly how I imagined it would look. It would be a 21 day devotional book for women and I would tell share my cancer journey, including sharing my own personal journal entries from that time 21 years ago. Lemme tell ya—that’s directly from God bc no one has ever read my journals! lol

It’s taken five years because I haven’t been in a hurry. As the Lord would lead and give me words to say I would add a “Day” here and there…whether that be three Days a year or 10, it was solely on his leading.

Topics include:

  • Why Do I Exist?
  • Stop Trying and Start Relying
  • A Father to the Fatherless
  • God is Bigger than Your Fear
  • Tips to Becoming More Physically Healthy

This book had all the feels. God used it to show me he meets us right where we are and is always on time. Thank you for being obedient in sharing”.  Malissa

“A comfort and a beacon of HOPE for anyone fighting their way through a health crisis or an ongoing physical challenge.  But even more than that it’s mercy for the weary soul. We simply cannot separate who we are physically, emotionally and spiritually.”  Sheri

“This book was such a blessing to me! It came at exactly the right time. A time when I was full of self condemnation and doubt. Among many other truths, it helped me see “I am a child of the King.” And, I am loved even when I feel undeserving and unlovable.”  Rhonda

As nervous as I am to share this with the world, I am probably the proudest I’ve ever been too. Not in myself rather, but I’m proud to share my story…I’m proud of what God has done in my life. It’s surreal, to say the least as I think back to that 29 yo not knowing what God would use me for in the midst of that suffering.

Fit for the Soul, 21 Days to Becoming More Spiritually Fit is now available on Amazon Kindle, Nook, and Amazon Prime in print.

I pray this book will be a blessing to you as it has been for me!
