Sam is a Women's Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a gym owner and most recently a published author. She has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years.
She has been married to her husband, Clark for 29 years and they have a son and daughter both grown and living happily on their own.
Clark and Sam enjoy working out, running, kayaking, hiking, camping and traveling together.
