Yay!  I’m so glad you’re here!

Maybe you’re here because you’re exhausted.  You’ve counted too many points, too many calories and followed too many lists…all to be left disappointed.

Maybe you’ve had your a-ha moment, thinking that if you lost the weight, your life would change.  But it didn’t.  You gained the weight back, even more than you started with and resent what the diet didn’t do for you so you’re ready to give up.

Maybe you’re here because you have hope.  You’re not quite ready to give up yet because you know you deserve better.  Maybe, just maybe, you’ll try one more time.Whatever brought you here, I’m here for you and I’m ready to help you in whatever way I can.

I understand. I want you to stop dieting, too! I know what it feels like to flounder with wondering what to eat and feeling guilty if I thought I ate the wrong thing.

It was only after turning 40 that I had my own a-ha moment and found my way to jump from my dieting roller coaster.

It was then I gained clarity on how to stop the dieting madness and start living.

My Story

When I was 29 years old, married for only a few short years and two kids ages three and five calling me Mama, I was diagnosed with colon cancer. It was not my life that flashed before my eyes; it was theirs. It was school plays, graduations, weddings, grandchildren and a life of retirement, front porches and rocking chairs that motivated me to keep going. And at times, the ability to put one foot in front of the other.

And so with dial up internet booted, I began my journey to health. The problem is I had no idea what to do. Throughout my 30s I tried to “eat right” but always floundered, never really having a realistic plan I could stick to. Each new “thing” left me feeling guilty or afraid of ‘eating the wrong thing’ and when I couldn’t keep up, feeling like a failure. Again.

It was only after turning 40 that I gained clarity and direction on how to eat for better health and live without counting points, calories or crazy rules I could never keep.

I’m now on a mission to help and provide women who are shackled by their weight and poor health with a place to start and the tools they need to regain control of their weight and health, improve their quality of life and the knowledge they need to make it a lifestyle.

I am passionate about empowering women specifically over 40, to become confident in how they look, feel and live.

So, what decision are you waiting to make?  It’s time for you to jump, too my friend.

It’s time to stop dieting and start living.
