It’s an Addiction – Egg White Omelets

I’m so addicted to veggie egg-white omelets right now.  I’ll have one for breakfast or lunch or sometimes even dinner. In this omelet, I’ve added broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Side with fresh strawberries and wheat toast=true love. Have you tried one yet?
